When those small wins add up to something big, it’s time to withdraw your Cashback to your bank account and spend (or save!) it however you’d like. We’ll guide you through everything you need to know about withdrawing your Cashback.
Add your withdrawal info
- Go to the withdrawal page while logged in. In the app, it’s in Account → Withdraw.
If you’re on the ShopBack website, hover over the Account icon next to your Cashback earnings and click Withdraw money.
- Select Add a Bank, or Add Account depending on your chosen payment method.
- Fill in your details when prompted.
- After adding your bank details, we’ll send you an email to verify.
- Verify your bank account via email to continue with the withdrawal.
Your email will only be valid for 30 minutes. If you don’t receive the verification email, check our spam or junk mail. If you’re struggling with verification, check out this article on Problems adding or verifying withdrawal info.
Things to note
Before you withdraw, here are some things to note.
Minimum Balance
You can withdraw once your Confirmed Cashback reaches HKD 50, excluding bonuses.
Withdrawal limits
You can only withdraw up to HKD 1,500 a day.
Time frame
- FPS / Bank transfer: You should receive the money in your bank account in 5 working days.
Proof of Cashback withdrawal
- Go to Account → Withdraw.
- On the withdrawal you'd like to request the remittance advice for, tap Need help?
- Select Get proof of transfer and you should receive your remittance advice via email within 24 hours.
- You should receive your remittance advice via email within 24 hours.
- Hover over your Account icon and go to Cashback overview.
- In Withdrawal history, click Need help?.
- Select Get proof of transfer on the withdrawal you'd like to request the remittance advice for.
- You should receive your remittance advice via email within 24 hours.
